Fitness Instructor

About the role

Rafeeg is looking for a dynamic Fitness Instructor to design and lead engaging fitness sessions across residential and commercial properties in Dubai. You will create safe, effective workout programs tailored to a wide range of fitness levels while fostering an inclusive, motivating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group exercise classes and personal training sessions on‑site at client locations.
• Demonstrate proper techniques, monitor client progress, and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with facility managers to schedule classes and maintain equipment standards.
• Provide basic wellness advice and promote a positive fitness culture.
• Plan, report, and develop programs remotely when working from home.

Required profile

• Strong ability to lead safe, motivating group classes for diverse participants.
• Experience in personal training and developing individualized workout plans.
• Excellent customer service with clear communication and professional conduct.
• Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., group fitness, personal training) and CPR/first‑aid certification preferred.
• Organized, punctual, and capable of managing multiple client schedules and locations.
