Food and Beverage Coordinator (Female Only)

About the role

The Food and Beverage Coordinator will oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, high‑quality products and a positive guest experience. This full‑time position requires strong organisational and communication abilities to manage staff, suppliers, stock and menu planning efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food and beverage activities, including menu planning, catering services and special events.
• Monitor service standards, presentation, portion control, product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to maintain workflow.
• Manage stock levels, prepare purchase orders, receive deliveries and ensure proper storage and rotation.
• Handle customer requests, feedback, complaints and special dietary requirements promptly and professionally.
• Support induction, training and development of team members and temporary staff.
• Liaise with chefs, suppliers, managers and external service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, allergen management and health‑safety procedures.
