Food & Beverage Assistant – Executive Lounge

About the role

The Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Assistant for its Executive Lounge. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to business travelers and premium guests in a modern, Arabian‑inspired environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high‑quality food and beverage service to Executive Lounge guests throughout the day.
• Maintain the lounge area to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor and replenish stock for self‑service stations and assist with food preparation as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene regulations and hotel safety policies.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and promote hotel facilities and services.
• Set up the lounge for service, clean up after guests, and support the team in delivering a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a four‑ or five‑star hotel or comparable hospitality setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with multicultural teams.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• High performance standards with a customer‑service mindset.
