Food & Beverage Service Assistant

About the role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Service Assistant to join its dining team in Dubai. You will help create memorable guest experiences by delivering attentive service, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate timing.
• Serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and handle payments.
• Maintain work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety standards.
• Lift, carry, and move items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience in food and beverage service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
