About the role
The Guest Service Expert – Hostess creates memorable dining experiences for guests at our Dubai resort. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed, and well‑served throughout their meal.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming dining environment.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver meals to guests.
- Interact with guests, provide menu information, and respond to service requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, replenish supplies, and adhere to hygiene standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving light items, and lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work safely on uneven or slippery surfaces and follow company policies.
