Food & Beverage Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Join the hospitality team at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel & Residences as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will lead daily banquet and event operations, ensuring every guest experience is memorable while upholding the brand’s standards of service and quality. The role requires an upbeat attitude and fluency in Arabic to interact with guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute a variety of F&B events including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas.
• Oversee function room set‑up, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet event specifications.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams, communicating event details and updates clearly.
• Manage event breakdown, guaranteeing equipment is stored correctly for subsequent functions.
• Supervise and coach the F&B team, handling scheduling, performance monitoring and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to protect guests and staff.
