Food & Beverage Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor ensures that the service team works together to deliver optimal guest experiences at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will oversee daily operations, maintain standards of grooming and attire, and act as the first point of contact for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect staff grooming, attire and rectify any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and securing the venue.
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service quality, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Conduct inventories, manage stock, and requisition supplies as needed.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, security policies and report any incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing hospitality role.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Legal right to work in the UAE (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods.
