Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress – Full-time

About the role

This position is responsible for serving food and beverage to guests in accordance with service standards, policies, procedures and etiquette, reflecting our hospitality motto. The role involves delivering high‑quality service, maintaining menu knowledge and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure correct grooming standards are followed at all times.
• Exceed guest satisfaction by knowing preferences and updating guest profiles.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials.
• Follow HACCP and FIFO standards as required by regional governing bodies.
• Use opening and closing checklists to ensure smooth operation of the venue.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a waiter/waitress in a professional food and beverage environment.
• Current Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent HACCP certification.
• Luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to prioritize and organise work assignments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
