Fragrance Lab Assistant

About the role

The Fragrance Lab Assistant will work on-site in the United Arab Emirates, supporting the development of new fragrances. This full‑time position involves preparing samples, organizing raw materials, and maintaining a clean, safe laboratory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse fragrance samples for tests and experiments.
• Organise and manage raw materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Label and document samples accurately.
• Support creative and technical teams during research and production processes.

Required profile

• Experience with laboratory work and research, including sample preparation and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent record‑keeping abilities.
• Organisational skills for managing materials, equipment, and timelines.
• Knowledge of fragrance development or prior experience in the beauty/perfumery industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety and quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
