Freelance Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Freelance Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our tourism business in Dubai. You will nurture existing client relationships, generate new leads and close deals across diverse industries, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain long‑lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and referrals.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profit.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain comprehensive client records.
• Report regularly on sales activities, market conditions and competitor insights.
• Participate in industry events and conferences.
• Offer feedback to management for business improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of business development processes and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
