Freelance Salesperson – Commission Only

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated freelance salesperson to expand our client base for accounting, tax, audit, CFO and ERP services. This commission‑only position offers unlimited earning potential based on the contracts you close.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through cold outreach, warm introductions or existing relationships.
• Present our suite of financial and ERP services and qualify leads.
• Hand over qualified leads that result in signed contracts.
• Earn up to 25% of the initial contract value for each successful conversion.

Required profile

• Strong network or the drive to build one quickly.
• Confidence in reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, DMs or in‑person meetings.
• Ability to understand and communicate the value of professional accounting and advisory services.
• Self‑discipline, time‑management and resilience when facing rejection.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in cold outreach techniques.
• Experience moving a lead from first contact to signed deal.
• Persistence and resilience.
