Front Office Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Front Office Supervisor you will oversee front office operations, ensure seamless communication between guests, the hotel and other departments, and lead the team to deliver the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk operations: supervise activities during your shift, ensuring consistently high service standards.
• Keep the team informed about hotel products, services, pricing, promotions, VIP guests and special events.
• Develop and support the team by monitoring appearance, performance and service standards, promoting training, teamwork and professional growth.
• Delight guests by managing requests, inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maximize revenue opportunities through effective up‑selling and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain professional standards to ensure the Front Desk is welcoming, professional and reflects the warmth of hospitality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a hotel environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Good knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel procedures.
• Relevant hospitality or management qualification (advantageous).
