About the role
Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team in its upcoming Resort Tower. You will ensure seamless guest experiences, uphold Forbes Five Star standards, and support the Assistant Manager in daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee front desk agents during assigned shifts, ensuring courteous and efficient service.
- Assist with guest check‑in/check‑out, room assignments, billing inquiries, and VIP arrivals.
- Handle special requests, service recovery, and escalations while maintaining discretion.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate new front desk staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain accurate guest interaction records and ensure the front desk area is clean and welcoming.
- Support shift planning, reporting, and operational tasks for the Assistant Manager.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of front office or guest services experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance, guest‑focused attitude, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in property management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
