About the role

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Early Years lessons aligned with the school’s values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect and kindness.
• Utilise the school’s outdoor forest, farm, bio‑cube and specialised workshops to enrich student learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best teaching practices and contribute to a sustainable, inclusive community.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support development.

Required profile

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Early Years or Foundation Stage students.
• Demonstrate the core values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect and kindness.
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork with staff, students and families.
