About the role

Join the ibis Styles Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel team as a Waitress, delivering memorable dining experiences to guests in a vibrant, desert‑inspired setting. This full‑time position involves direct guest interaction, ensuring service excellence from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for food and beverage service and serve guests according to brand standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, beverage list, and current promotions to answer guest inquiries.
• Handle cash and non‑cash transactions, complete shift reports, and follow safe‑deposit procedures.
• Operate all restaurant equipment safely and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues, uphold a positive work environment, and perform miscellaneous duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• Outstanding guest service skills with a professional appearance.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional language is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Previous service experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
