FWA Manager

About the role

The FWA Manager will lead ADNOC’s Project Assurance activities across Upstream and DM&T projects, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic capital projects in line with the Group’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and monitor the annual Project Assurance programme for GP&E and ensure its implementation across all verticals.
• Oversee the Group Project Assurance process, including the development and maintenance of the PMC Framework and performance monitoring of PMC consultants.
• Design and operate a quarterly PMC benchmarking system to report on framework health and consultant performance.
• Support annual Project Health Checks, Cost Optimisation reviews, CESAR reviews, Project Execution Reviews and Contracting Strategy Reviews.
• Conduct detailed reviews of major projects, provide recommendations to Business Line Directors and Finance & Investment teams, and report post‑investment review results to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to cascade standards, procedures and guidelines to Upstream Business Lines and Group companies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in project assurance, governance or project management within the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Proven ability to develop and implement assurance frameworks and benchmarking systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering actionable recommendations to senior executives.
