Gaming Staff – Table Games Dealer

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Gaming Staff member to join its Table Games Operations team. The role involves accurate execution of table games in the gaming areas, complying with GCGRA standards and the resort’s regulations. The successful candidate will interact with guests, manage game flow and uphold the integrity of the gaming floor.

Key responsibilities

• Deal cards, collect losing bets and make accurate payments for games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and Poker.
• Follow all game rules and procedures, ensuring compliance with GCGRA regulations and Wynn policies.
• Greet players courteously, explain game rules when requested and handle player inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Monitor the gaming floor for suspicious activity, special player requests and disputes, and alert management as needed.
• Participate in promotional activities, attend department briefings and support chip fill and credit operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma; formal dealer or gaming specialist training or certification is preferred.
• Previous experience as a table‑games dealer or in hospitality/customer service is an advantage.
• Conversational English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong mathematical ability, hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24‑hour operation, including weekends, holidays and in a smoking environment.
