Gardener – Landscaping & Garden Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Gardener to join our landscaping team in Dubai. You will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and health of assigned garden areas, ensuring they meet the high standards expected by our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily landscaping and garden maintenance tasks as directed.
• Plant, transplant, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, grass, and other vegetation.
• Manage watering and irrigation systems, reporting any issues promptly.
• Remove weeds, debris, and unwanted vegetation.
• Prune, trim, edge, and shape plants and lawns.
• Maintain flower beds, lawns, pathways, and other landscape zones.
• Apply fertilizers and soil conditioners according to instructions.
• Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and keep them clean.
• Report damaged plants, pest problems, or equipment failures.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, horticulture, or outdoor maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant training or certification is an advantage.

Required skills

• Safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and fertilisation.
