General Manager – Luxury Beauty Distribution & Omnichannel Retail

About the role

The company is a leading luxury beauty distributor and omnichannel retailer operating across the GCC. Reporting to the regional group, the General Manager will drive the next phase of growth, overseeing a curated portfolio of international prestige beauty brands in skincare, cosmetics, haircare and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility, managing revenue, gross margin, operating expenses and profitability.
• Develop and execute the business plan, annual budget, forecasts and growth priorities.
• Lead relationships with international brand principals and strategic partners, negotiating commercial terms and distribution agreements.
• Expand wholesale and key‑account distribution across the GCC and grow physical retail and e‑commerce performance.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention and omnichannel loyalty initiatives.
• Identify and execute new store openings, distribution channels, brands and partnerships in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other priority markets.
• Improve merchandising, demand planning, inventory productivity and working capital.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including Commercial, Retail, E‑Commerce, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Leverage group capabilities while maintaining clear accountability for business performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior business leadership experience, preferably in luxury beauty, retail or distribution.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of P&L ownership and profitable growth.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with international brand partners.
• Strategic thinker with experience expanding into new markets and channels.
• Leadership style focused on speed, ownership, accountability and execution.
