General Recreation Ambassador (VAJ)

About the role

This role ensures exceptional guest experiences by representing the Emaar brand throughout the guest journey and supervising indoor and outdoor children’s activities year‑round.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee children’s activities both indoors and outdoors throughout the year, ensuring safety, engagement and adherence to the highest EHG standards.
• Ensure all operational tasks are performed in line with established service standards and procedures, maintaining consistency across the kids club areas.
• Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors and team members, sharing information and coordinating efforts to enhance the guest experience.
• Prevent guest complaints by anticipating needs and, when issues arise, deliver effective service recovery to maintain satisfaction.
• Consistently go the extra mile to delight guests, creating memorable moments from the moment of welcome until farewell.

Required profile

• Genuine service‑oriented personality with high emotional intelligence, able to connect with guests of all ages.
• Minimum one‑year experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality setting, demonstrating competence in supervising recreational activities.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional language is considered an asset.
• At least a high‑school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred, reflecting a commitment to professional development.
