General Technician – Maintenance & Repair

About the role

We are seeking a versatile General Technician to ensure our facilities and equipment operate smoothly. You will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple systems, working both independently and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth facility operations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Provide emergency maintenance support as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Technician or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective problem‑solving capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
