German‑Speaking Forex Sales Agent (Dubai)

About the role

The Lemon Consulting is looking for a German‑speaking professional to join its Dubai office as a Forex Sales Agent. This entry‑level position focuses on converting leads into active trading customers and supporting them throughout their FX trading journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients, qualify leads and convert them into active traders.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to ensure client retention and loyalty.
• Apply proven sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support onboarding and guide users through the FX trading process.
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1 level) with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven sales experience in any industry; experience in FX, finance or high‑performance sales is a plus.
• Target‑driven, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in sales and financial markets.
