Graduate Automotive Sales Executive

About the role

ALBA CARS, a leading used‑car dealership in Dubai, is seeking a Graduate Automotive Sales Executive to join its structured one‑year graduate programme. The role offers a comprehensive introduction to the full customer journey, from showroom hosting and call‑centre operations to finance processing and hands‑on vehicle sales.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, providing professional assistance.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, booking appointments and following up.
• Learn automotive finance options, documentation and approval processes.
• Shadow experienced staff and progressively take on direct vehicle‑sales responsibilities.
• Develop deep knowledge of ALBA CARS’ vehicle stock, pricing, features and finance solutions.
• Present vehicles, arrange test drives, prepare deals and maintain customer relationships.
• Deliver excellent service via phone, email and in‑person, recording all interactions in the CRM system.
• Track performance against KPIs such as call handling, lead conversion and sales results, and participate in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset and ambition to build a long‑term sales career.
• Willingness to relocate to or already reside in Dubai.
• Ability to work collaboratively across showroom, finance and call‑centre teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for recording customer data and activity.
