Graduate Engineer Trainee (Aviation Technical Management)

About the role

This Graduate Engineer Trainee programme offers a two‑year rotational experience across Air Arabia's technical departments. Trainees will gain hands‑on exposure to fleet technical management, base and line maintenance, and the regulatory environment governing aircraft airworthiness.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering and CAMO staff in daily maintenance activities, performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs).
• Collect and analyse technical data to identify trends, conduct root‑cause analysis and propose efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and perform scheduled aircraft maintenance under supervision, ensuring accurate certification and documentation.
• Participate in training programmes, cross‑functional projects, warranty and reliability activities.
• Contribute to the closure of occurrence reports and attend internal and external technical meetings.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Aeronautical, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• Strong interest in aviation maintenance, reliability and technical records.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
