Graduate Proposal Management Specialist

About the role

This 24‑month graduate program is designed to develop future leaders in proposal management within AECOM’s infrastructure consulting business. As a Graduate Proposal Management Specialist you will support capture teams, assist in preparing proposals, and gain exposure to large‑scale projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of small to medium proposals, letters of intent (LOIs) and statements of qualifications (SOQs).
• Create proposal schedules, templates and compliance matrices, ensuring adherence to client requirements.
• Support the writing, editing and formatting of resumes and past‑performance sections.
• Participate in colour‑review meetings (Pink and Red team) and coordinate proposal review sessions.
• Maintain and update CRM data related to pursuit activities.
• Contribute to Go/No‑Go and green‑light analysis discussions.
• Follow company quality, legal and contract approval procedures under supervision.

Required profile

• UAE National holding a valid Family Book (mandatory for Emiratisation compliance).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Recent graduate eager to start a career in proposal management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and tracking.
