Graduate Trainee – Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our sales team at Mondelēz International. This fixed‑term apprenticeship offers recent graduates the chance to develop commercial skills in a fast‑moving, global snacking business.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales function in day‑to‑day activities, including order processing and customer communication.
• Assist in market analysis, sales reporting and preparation of presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, finance and supply chain to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training, workshops and mentorship sessions to build a solid foundation in sales.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate with a strong interest in sales and consumer goods.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to step out of the comfort zone and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
