Group Finance Manager

About the role

The Group Finance Manager will be based on‑site in Dubai and will lead the financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting and forecasting processes for a multi‑entity group. This senior position reports to senior leadership and provides critical insight for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, management reports and statutory filings.
• Lead the group‑level budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning cycles.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE accounting standards and local tax regulations.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies and governance frameworks.
• Monitor cash flow, manage treasury relationships and mitigate financial risks (currency, interest rate, operational).
• Coordinate with local finance teams to consolidate results and improve financial systems.
• Support audit processes, liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Provide financial analysis, modeling and scenario planning for acquisitions, mergers and strategic projects.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, accounting or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Significant experience in group finance, consolidation and reporting across multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE accounting and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and work with senior management.
