Group Management Accountant – Dubai

About the role

Syncoms Group is seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Group Management Accountant to join its finance leadership team in Dubai. This position offers direct exposure to the Group CEO and involvement in international operations, supporting the financial discipline and reporting across the Group’s multiple businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, profit & loss statements, balance‑sheet schedules and cash‑flow reports for the Group and Head Office.
• Conduct variance analysis, financial performance summaries and support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Perform bank, general ledger, supplier, customer, inter‑company and balance‑sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts, payroll transactions, operational expenses and petty cash.
• Monitor debtor and creditor ageing, support credit control and ensure timely payments.
• Oversee day‑to‑day cash‑flow activities, coordinate payment runs and provide visibility to senior management.
• Liaise with the London Head Office and local banking partners to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining audit‑ready accounting records.
• Proven experience in management accounting, financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership, including CEOs and heads of finance.
