Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, activation and retention for Aster, a leading decentralized exchange for crypto derivatives. You will shape data‑driven growth strategies across the full funnel and work closely with product, design and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies covering acquisition, activation, trading and retention.
• Lead growth experiments, campaigns and incentive programs, iterating based on data insights.
• Partner with Product and Design to improve onboarding, trading UX and translate features into clear user value propositions.
• Identify and leverage product‑embedded growth levers such as referrals, gamification and personalization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build dashboards, extract insights and amplify marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in Crypto, DeFi or trading platforms.
• Strong data literacy; comfortable working with dashboards, cohorts and funnels.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable growth, not just running campaigns.
• High ownership, fast execution and bias toward action.
