About the role
The Guest Engagement Team Lead will oversee daily guest interactions at Hoppi®, a new family‑focused play destination launching soon in Abu Dhabi. You will lead front‑of‑house staff, model exemplary adult‑child engagement, and continuously improve the visitor experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide impeccable service to children, parents, and other visitors.
- Coach, supervise, and conduct 1‑on‑1 check‑ins with front‑of‑house colleagues.
- Lead daily briefings, team‑building activities, and training sessions.
- Act as a role model for guest engagement and uphold Hoppi® core values.
- Identify and propose enhancements for galleries and overall venue operations.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality or guest‑facing environments.
- Strong leadership and people‑development abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Passion for creating safe, playful, and educational experiences for children.
