Guest Experience Expert – Guest Relations Officer

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert – Guest Relations Officer plays a pivotal part in creating memorable stays for hotel guests. Working on the front‑line of Aloft Hotels in Dubai, you will guide visitors through every step of their experience, from arrival to departure, ensuring a smooth and personalized journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services, including check‑in, check‑out and handling special requests.
• Process operational needs, complete daily reports and share local area highlights with guests.
• Assist with loading/unloading vehicles, transport luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance), and navigating stairs or service ramps.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or professional licenses needed.
