Guest Experience Manager – Front Desk Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Experience Manager (Front Desk Manager) to lead the Front Office of Kimpton Sevn Dubai during its pre‑opening phase. The role is the heart of the guest journey, ensuring seamless arrivals, memorable departures and personalised service throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations, guaranteeing efficient check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Design and deliver personalised guest experiences that drive loyalty and advocacy.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to coordinate VIP, repeat‑guest and loyalty‑programme recognition.
• Support revenue generation through effective room management, upselling and inventory control.
• Coach, mentor and inspire Front Office staff to maintain high service standards and a positive team culture.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a Front Office or Guest Services environment, preferably in a lifestyle or upscale hotel.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and a genuine hospitality mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build lasting guest relationships.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
