Guest Experience Supervisor – Hospitality Front Desk Lead

About the role

The Guest Experience Supervisor ensures smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, manages guest accounts, and delivers personalized service throughout the stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, assign rooms, activate and issue room keys, and enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Secure payment, handle all payment types, vouchers, and charges, and balance receipts at shift start and end.
• Compile and review daily reports, cashier and closing reports, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Provide guests with directions, property information, and accommodate special requests by coordinating with appropriate staff.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees, and act as a role model for fair treatment policies.
• Maintain safety standards, report accidents, and ensure personal appearance is professional.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related hospitality work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
