About the role
The Guest Relations Ambassador will be the first point of contact for VIP guests at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island, ensuring a seamless and memorable arrival experience. This role combines concierge service, upselling of hotel amenities, and administrative support to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and escort arriving VIP guests, manage luggage delivery, and ensure swift, courteous check‑in.
- Provide up‑to‑date information on hotel outlets, amenities, and services while actively upselling and making reservations.
- Share historical and cultural insights about Abu Dhabi, acting as a storyteller for the hotel’s unique differentiators.
- Handle administrative duties for the Guest Relations operation, communicating important updates to relevant departments.
- Respond to guest requests for services such as transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, celebrations, and other personalized needs.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving skills.
