Guest Relations Ambassador

About the role

The Guest Relations Ambassador will be the first point of contact for VIP guests at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island, ensuring a seamless and memorable arrival experience. This role combines concierge service, upselling of hotel amenities, and administrative support to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and escort arriving VIP guests, manage luggage delivery, and ensure swift, courteous check‑in.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on hotel outlets, amenities, and services while actively upselling and making reservations.
• Share historical and cultural insights about Abu Dhabi, acting as a storyteller for the hotel’s unique differentiators.
• Handle administrative duties for the Guest Relations operation, communicating important updates to relevant departments.
• Respond to guest requests for services such as transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, celebrations, and other personalized needs.
