Head Nurse – Multidisciplinary Clinic in JVC, Dubai

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead nursing operations at its modern multidisciplinary clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. The role provides clinical leadership, operational oversight, and day‑to‑day management of a high‑performing nursing team while ensuring exceptional patient care, safety, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a team of nursing professionals, managing daily staffing allocation and workflow planning.
• Provide mentorship, coaching and performance support, and assist with recruitment, onboarding and development of nursing staff.
• Ensure safe, effective, evidence‑based nursing care and support physicians during consultations and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements, infection‑control standards and patient‑safety protocols.
• Oversee medication management, documentation and quality‑assurance activities.
• Monitor clinical KPIs, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and support departmental performance goals.
• Deliver excellent patient experience, continuity of care and health education, especially for chronic disease management.
• Respond appropriately to clinical incidents and escalate when required.

Required profile

• Current experience in a nursing leadership role such as Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Team Leader or Clinic Lead.
• Fluent in Tagalog or Arabic with strong English communication skills.
• Valid DHA registration (or equivalent licensing) and ability to work in the UAE healthcare environment.
