Head of HR (Group Level)

About the role

Brand System Group is seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to lead HR across its fast‑growing international portfolio. Based in Dubai, you will shape the people agenda for a multi‑industry group with a strong focus on premium e‑commerce fashion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions across group companies, including talent acquisition, organizational development, HR strategy, performance management and internal career development.
• Drive recruitment and talent acquisition for all subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with rapid international expansion.
• Manage employee performance reviews, retention programs and act as an internal career advisor.
• Supervise HR financial control, payroll structures, budgeting, and P&L‑related HR analysis.
• Partner with senior management to scale the organisation and support cross‑border growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR management experience.
• Proven international experience, preferably in e‑commerce or digital business environments.
• Strong understanding of HR financial control, budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a strong plus.
