Head of HR – Group Level

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Head of HR to lead the human resources function across our fast‑growing international group. Reporting directly to senior management, you will shape HR policy, drive talent acquisition and support the company’s rapid expansion in e‑commerce and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition for all group companies.
• Manage performance reviews, internal career development and talent retention strategies.
• Act as an internal career advisor, fostering employee growth across the group.
• Supervise HR financial control, payroll structures, budgeting and P&L‑related HR analysis.
• Support organisational scaling and international expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management.
• Proven international experience, preferably in e‑commerce or digital business environments.
• Strong understanding of HR financial control, budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a strong plus.
