About the role
We are looking for an inspirational and dynamic Head of Inclusion to lead our school's Inclusion Department. This senior position will shape inclusive policies and drive academic excellence across the campus.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire Inclusion Department, overseeing staff and resources.
- Develop, write, and implement comprehensive inclusion policies.
- Integrate technology into teaching practices to support diverse learners.
- Engage effectively with children, parents, and school staff.
- Promote a culture of creativity, innovation, and academic excellence.
Required profile
- Proven track record of excellent teaching and pedagogical practice.
- Experience in a similar senior inclusion role.
- Master’s degree required.
- Native‑like English proficiency or IELTS score of 8+.
- Previous experience in an American or IB school preferred.
- Creative, hard‑working, and dedicated to school success.
