Head of Integrated Marketing Communications (METAP GBM)

About the role

The Head of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) for the METAP region will shape TikTok's go‑to‑market strategy, drive high‑impact campaigns and lead key tentpole events across the region. Reporting to the Global Business Marketing team, you will translate global vision into localized actions that inspire and engage businesses of all sizes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and localise global marketing campaign strategy to meet regional growth priorities.
• Partner with Product Marketing Communications to ensure consistent product positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, measurement, creative) to generate demand for TikTok solutions.
• Lead a multidisciplinary IMC team covering events, creative strategy, campaign execution, digital channels and marketing operations.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversion.
• Own the creative development of campaign assets and align messaging with product marcomms.
• Manage and champion key tentpole moments for both owned and industry‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in integrated marketing communications or similar senior marketing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams across design, production and project management.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering regional go‑to‑market plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with product, measurement and creative functions.
