Head of Marketing & Communications – F&B & Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head Marketing, Communications and PR for our Food & Beverage and hospitality portfolio. The role will shape brand strategy, launch new concepts and drive customer engagement across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and selected international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group Marketing & PR strategy aligned with commercial objectives and growth plans.
• Prepare annual marketing plans and budgets for all brands, building long‑term brand positioning and market‑share growth.
• Lead pre‑opening marketing, launch campaigns, brand activations, PR and customer‑engagement initiatives for new concepts, locations, refurbishments, repositioning projects, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Manage multiple programmes across brands and sites, ensuring launches are on time, on budget and deliver maximum commercial impact.
• Execute corporate marketing, develop corporate communications, presentations and investment collateral, and manage Group PR, executive communications and press releases.
• Drive employer branding, corporate social media, industry event participation and crisis communication planning.
• Measure marketing effectiveness, optimise ROI and foster innovation in customer engagement and communications.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading marketing and communications for hospitality or F&B brands.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities across multi‑brand portfolios.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership, PMO, brand development and cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of delivering successful brand launches and PR campaigns in fast‑growth environments.
