Head of Marketing - Growth

About the role

We are a fast‑growing UAE wellness brand seeking a hands‑on Head of Marketing – Growth to lead performance marketing, brand strategy and partnership initiatives as we expand into Saudi Arabia. This role combines strategic ownership with day‑to‑day execution alongside a small internal team and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance marketing across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat platforms.
• Lead CRM and retention initiatives, including email and WhatsApp journeys and campaigns.
• Direct brand, content and social strategy across all channels.
• Run the influencer and affiliate programs end‑to‑end.
• Build brand partnerships, activations and sponsorships.
• Manage a small internal team and external agencies while collaborating closely with the Saudi market lead.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, content and influencer management within an ecommerce, DTC or consumer brand.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Background in a startup or fast‑scaling company, not a purely corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and Saudi consumer behaviour gained from working directly in the region.
• Commercial, hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset.
