Head of Revenue and Monetisation

About the role

GoSats is expanding its consumer money product suite and needs a senior leader to own and grow all revenue streams. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive the P&L for interchange, voucher margins, partnership revenue and new monetisation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full revenue P&L across interchange, voucher, partnership and newly launched lines.
• Negotiate and manage economics with brand partners, aggregators, banks and asset partners, setting take‑rates and revenue‑share structures.
• Design pricing experiments, optimise reward‑cost ratios and monitor cohort‑level contribution margins, LTV vs CAC.
• Lead the launch of new revenue streams such as mutual funds, insurance lead‑gen and credit products.
• Monetise the existing user base by increasing cross‑sell, transaction frequency and ARPU.
• Build and manage a small dedicated team while maintaining direct communication with the CEO.

Required profile

• 8–14 years of experience in consumer fintech or consumer internet monetisation.
• Proven track record of owning a revenue number at a B2C company (payments, cards, wealth, lending distribution, or commerce).
• Experience negotiating commercial partnerships with revenue‑share, interchange split or co‑brand structures.
• Hands‑on knowledge of regulated products in India (cards, mutual funds, insurance, lending distribution) and the ability to work with banks and regulators.
