About the role
BricketX is seeking a driven Head of Sales / Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in the investment and financial services ecosystem. You will shape the company’s sales engine, manage institutional relationships, and close high‑ticket deals across the UAE and the wider region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Build, nurture, and expand a pipeline of institutional and B2B clients.
- Lead negotiations and close high‑value deals with a typical sales cycle of 30–90 days.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, ensuring accurate pipeline management and data hygiene.
- Strengthen BricketX’s market presence in the UAE and neighboring markets.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in financial services, investment funds, or wealth‑management sales.
- Proven track record managing B2B or institutional client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to handle long sales cycles and close high‑value transactions.
- Deep understanding of the UAE market; familiarity with GCC or South‑Asian investor networks is a strong advantage.
