Head of Sales – Secondary Real Estate

About the role

One Investments Global is expanding its secondary real‑estate division in Dubai and seeks a senior leader to shape and drive this growth. As Head of Sales – Secondary Real Estate you will set the vision, build the team and deliver revenue in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of secondary‑market property consultants, setting KPIs and fostering a results‑driven culture.
• Recruit, onboard and train high‑performing agents to broaden market coverage.
• Drive new business using the company’s off‑plan client database, referrals and strategic networks.
• Oversee the full secondary sales lifecycle from prospecting and valuation to negotiation and closing, including high‑value personal deals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, monitor trends, pricing and regulatory changes.
• Utilise Property Finder, Bayut, CRM platforms and Google Workspace to manage pipelines, generate leads and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted campaigns and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in secondary real‑estate sales, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of Dubai property laws, RERA regulations and market dynamics.
