About the role

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a dynamic Head of Secondary to lead its flagship campus in Dubai. This senior position oversees the entire secondary programme, ensuring that academic excellence, innovation and inclusivity are at the heart of every learner’s experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the secondary school, aligning with the British Curriculum, IGCSE, A‑Level and IB Diploma pathways.
• Drive outstanding academic outcomes and maintain the school’s ‘Outstanding’ ratings from KHDA, BSO and NEASC.
• Foster a vibrant community spirit that supports over 3,000 diverse students.
• Collaborate with global Nord Anglia resources to deliver unique learning experiences and global events.
• Lead, mentor and develop teaching and support staff to uphold the school’s high standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in secondary school leadership or a comparable senior educational role.
• Passion for shaping futures in an innovative, inclusive environment.
