Head of Wardrobe – Entertainment

About the role

The Head of Wardrobe will lead the Entertainment Administration team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxury beachside resort slated to open in Spring 2027. This senior position oversees all costume, make‑up, and accessory operations for performances, ensuring the highest quality and seamless integration with production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Wardrobe Department, including hiring, training and supervising staff.
• Provide and maintain costumes, hats, wigs, masks, shoes and other accessories for all performances.
• Collaborate with the Costume Designer and Show Director to preserve design integrity.
• Plan and execute costume creation, load‑in, and rehearsal processes.
• Order, build and inventory all wardrobe supplies, optimizing return on investment.
• Develop cost‑effective solutions for material purchases while maintaining show quality.
• Oversee maintenance, fitting, repair and cleaning schedules for all wardrobe items.
• Document costume cues, changes and updates throughout rehearsals and performances.
• Prepare annual wardrobe budgets, manage departmental expenses and capital projections.
• Maintain accurate costume plots, inventories and purchasing records.
• Conduct regular inspections of costumes, make‑up, workshop and stage installations.
• Create backup and training plans to ensure continuity of wardrobe operations.
