About the role

As the Head Waiter at Plato’s, you will lead the front‑of‑house team to deliver an exceptional fine‑dining experience for guests. You will act as the primary point of contact for diners, ensuring a warm welcome, accurate service, and seamless coordination with the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, establishing a professional and friendly rapport.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu and promotional offers.
• Provide specialist advice on menu items to guests and support colleagues.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency and escalating major issues to management.
• Assist colleagues during service peaks, fostering teamwork and high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high‑volume restaurant role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
• Team‑player mindset with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
