Heavy Duty Driver (BCT) – Transport & Load Operations

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Heavy Duty Driver (BCT) to operate a range of light and heavy vehicles, transport equipment and passengers across company sites while adhering to safety and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Operate buses, heavy trucks, loaders and other heavy equipment to move machinery, components and pipes to designated locations.
• Load and unload vehicles, follow hand signals and verbal instructions, and ensure loads are securely balanced before travel.
• Transport employees and passengers safely, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and visibility of company stickers.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections, schedule maintenance, and report any damage or malfunction to supervisors.
• Obtain required work permits for restricted areas and comply with all road traffic and HSE regulations.

Required profile

• Completion of primary education.
• Minimum 4 years of experience operating heavy duty vehicles.
• Valid UAE heavy duty driving licence.
• Ability to work in air‑conditioned environments and occasional outdoor site conditions.
