Heavy Vehicle Driver

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our team at our Umm Al Quwain headquarters. The role involves operating heavy trucks and trailers across UAE routes, ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods while maintaining vehicle standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently on UAE roads.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed.
• Coordinate schedules, delivery status, and route updates with the transport and dispatch team.
• Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain fuel efficiency and proper care of company vehicles.
• Prepare and submit trip sheets, fuel receipts, delivery notes, and related documentation.
• Adhere to UAE traffic laws, safety standards, and company transport policies.
• Occasionally operate light vehicles when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience operating heavy vehicles.
• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License – Category 3 & 4 (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Basic English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Responsible, punctual and safety‑conscious.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
