Home Care Nurse

About the role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurses to join UAE Hospitals and Centers. In this role you will deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, supporting recovery and promoting independence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing services such as wound care, medication administration, and vital‑sign monitoring.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Educate patients and families on condition management, medication use, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document all care activities accurately and maintain up‑to‑date medical records.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license.
• Proven experience in home‑care nursing or a similar setting.
• Strong assessment, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing patient needs, and travel to patient homes.
• Compassionate, empathetic attitude and basic computer literacy.
